Teams at Wayflyer are truly cross-functional. Regardless of your role at Wayflyer, you'll work with a variety of different disciplines and teams from around the world on a multitude of challenging projects and game-changing products to revolutionise the eCommerce landscape.
What you'll do
Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities and expand our footprint in the US market
Be an expert at sourcing your own leads and generating your own business
Conduct in-depth discoveries with prospects using Solution Sales & MEDDIC methodologies
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth relations and process adherence
Negotiate deals with clients that satisfy both the customer and company needs
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge, skills and experience
2-4 years of outbound Account Executive experience
Minimum of 1 year BDR/SDR Experience
Consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
Have worked in a fast-paced / start-up / scale-up environment
A demonstrable history of being a real team player
Results-focused and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
Self-motivated & resilient & with the ability to show initiative and work independently.
Experience of Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies (Desired).

You’ve probably done it at companies of different shapes, sizes and industries. Given what we do, experience in financial services, fintech and business-to-business organisations is particularly interesting to us.
