Growth at Mundi is technical. We don't grow by adding headcount to manual processes, we grow by building systems that compound. As a Growth Engineer, you will own the automation, data, and digital infrastructure that drives how Mundi acquires customers, operates internally, and scales.

This role is ideal if you're AI-native, technically curious, and want to own real business outcomes from day one.

What You'll Do

Automation & Workflows

• Build and manage automation workflows: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end workflows in n8n from data ETL pipelines to lead routing and internal notifications.
• Connect systems: Integrate CRM, product data, financial data sources, and communication tools into unified, automated processes.
• Own GTM infrastructure: Build the internal systems that power Mundi's go-to-market, enrichment, lifecycle tracking, pipeline management, and outbound workflows.
• Eliminate manual work: Identify repetitive processes across the company and turn them into reliable, scalable automations.

Data & Analysis

• Answer business questions with data: Write SQL queries and build Metabase dashboards that teams actually use for decisions.
• Run ad-hoc analyses: Investigate trends, anomalies, and performance drivers as new questions arise, product usage, funnel metrics, portfolio performance, cash flows.
• Support metric definitions: Help define and maintain clear, consistent business and product metrics.
• Care about data quality: Monitor correctness, edge cases, and assumptions behind the numbers.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• AI-native: You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot) daily, not as a novelty, but as your default way of working. You ship faster because of it.
• Technical foundation: Comfortable with SQL, basic scripting (Python or JavaScript), and learning new tools quickly.
• Systems thinker: You see manual processes and immediately think about how to automate them.
• Clear communicator: Able to explain technical work and analytical findings in a structured, simple way.
• Ownership mentality: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
• Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms)
• Content writing or SEO experience
• Interest in fintech, finance, or capital markets
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
