Your role at Kittl Partnerships is how Kittl reaches small business founders through people and businesses they already trust: creators, educators and design communities, and the platforms, companies and networks serving the same founders. You’ll build and run that creator ecosystem - sourcing the right partners, briefing them well, and turning scattered posts into a channel we can forecast. This is a senior individual contributor role with real authority over which partners we bet on - and how much. You will be reporting to Onat, our Head of Acquisition. What you'll do Own a portfolio of partnerships end to end - creators, brands and businesses: sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and measuring what came back Scale what's already working. The creator and affiliate programme has wins in it, and most of the near-term value is in doing more of them, better, rather than starting over Open new partnership types and channels: platforms, tools, communities, agencies and networks whose audience overlaps ours. Find them, structure the deal, test them, and be straight about which ones earn a second round Plan and run campaigns from concept to live - including the budget, and being able to show what each euro returned Find the right influencers and build real relationships with them, in the segments our go-to-market depends on rather than whoever replies fastest Brief creators properly and hold the standard Run the affiliate side of those relationships: commission structures, onboarding, and a partner-success framework that moves people from signed up, to first conversion, to recurring producer Judge brand fit, track record and community sentiment before we commit budget Measure collaborations against signups, subscriptions and CAC, and report on them to a regular cadence rather than when asked Keep the engine clean: creator payments with Finance, and CRM and tracking hygiene good enough that Growth can see spend against performance at any time Stay ahead of where influencer marketing and the design industry are going, and bring it back to Brand and Performance What you'll need 5+ years in partnerships or influencer marketing, owning relationships rather than executing someone else's brief Relationship management at volume — you can carry 30+ active partners without the good ones feeling neglected Real influencer marketing craft: you know what a strong brief looks like, and you can tell a creator their work isn't good enough without losing them You've owned a partnerships or influencer budget and can defend how you spent it Data-driven judgement. Comfortable with signup and subscription attribution and a CAC target, and willing to act on what they tell you A track record of opening new niches, channels or markets, not only maintaining existing ones Comfortable on both sides of the table: individual creators, and business or platform partnerships where the deal is commercial rather than a fee for a post Organised about records. A partner network runs on a CRM that's actually current Nice to have Experience in a creative tool, design, DTC or e-commerce business Real fluency in how Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creators actually work Hands-on with an affiliate or partner platform A second European market you know well enough to open Tools you'll use HubSpot: our primary CRM for the partner network Metabase: reporting on spend and performance Claude: as much as you want, for exploring and building Notion: documentation Trudy and VidIQ: checking creator metrics Show us, don't tell us Bring two partnerships you built - what you saw in them before anyone else did, what you paid, and what came back.
