We are looking for a Junior Implementation Analyst, who is a graduate or already has some work experience and is eager to learn how our software works in its details. You can empathize with customers and help them to reach the next level using our software. You should be willing to learn book keeping & accounting, learn how to implement Helu for our customers, conduct implementation calls, record product support videos, help customers with issues and build a bridge to them. You are a quick learner, smart and solution-oriented, are good at reading customers and have empathy. You take ownership over topics, show self-initiative, are analytical and can break down larger work topics into small packages.

• Own the onboarding & implementation of new customers

• Iterate and improve our customer onboarding journey as part of our success process

• Support our senior implementation partner in the implementations

• Be part of our implementation and success team, by directly answering customer questions

• Conduct interviews and calls with our customers, guide them through the implementation

• Build and maintain processes, to organize and automate the scaling of dozens of implementations via our CRM tool Hubspot

• Build knowledge around DATEV as an accounting software with our senior partner as mentor

• Become a domain expert in accounting & DATEV

• Test the usability of new product features, to improve user friendliness

• Collect customers feedback directly in calls with the overall goal to improve our NPS score

• You want to make customers successful by making sure they can use our software flawlessly

• High level of organization that ensures no tasks are missed

• Be obsessed with our customer success, so much that close relationships emerge

• Be precise, detail-oriented and straightforward

• Be knowledgeable in accounting and open to learn DATEV

• Have a calm, but secure character that helps in resolving tricky situations with customers
