We are now structuring our Product division internally and are hiring a Head of Product & Design to take ownership of this domain and build a scalable foundation for our next stage of growth.

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Product & Design to own Grace’s product vision, execution, and quality end-to-end.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will define what we build, why we build it, and how it feels — while actively driving delivery. Design is not outsourced: design production is fully part of the role.

You will work closely with the founding team and the engineering team to build a coherent, scalable, luxury-grade product.

Responsabilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization

• Translate strategy into clear product bets and outcomes

• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking

• Define success metrics and learn continuously from usage and clients

Design & Experience

• Own UX, UI, and overall product quality

• Lead design production (from discovery to delivery)

• Set design principles aligned with luxury standards

• Be deeply involved in critical journeys (onboarding, asset registration, services)

Execution & Delivery

• Drive discovery, scoping, and delivery with Engineering

• Run core product rituals and decision-making

• Make clear trade-offs and ensure disciplined execution

• Ship products that are useful, well-crafted, and consistent

Profile

• 5+ years in Product & Design roles

• Experience owning complex B2B or B2B2C products

• Strong product judgment and execution mindset

• High design sensibility and comfort owning design production

• Clear communicator, structured thinker, comfortable with ambiguity

• Experience in SaaS, platforms, luxury, fintech, insurtech, or data products is a plus
