🧑🏻‍💻 About the role

Your primary focus will be strengthening Flexkeeping’s position in the Adriatic region while advising our clients, nurturing relationships, and managing their expectations. You will handle various organizational, administrative, and project management duties. You will strive to deliver impeccable results while travelling extensively and working independently with little or no supervision.

👉 Your job duties & responsibilities

  • Driving positive customer experiences and boosting satisfaction.
  • Building and cultivating strong relationships with key clients and regional hotel executives through proactive engagement, ensuring their continued success and loyalty.
  • Gaining strategic insights into key clients' business practices, operational methods, and key personnel.
  • Champion increased contract value through targeted upselling initiatives.
  • Empowering customer success through tailored action plans.
  • Building advocacy among key clients.
  • Nurturing existing and developing new business partnerships.
  • Responsible for achieving goals, quotas, and managing meeting volumes.
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions (in-depth knowledge of the industry).
  • Understanding all aspects of hotel operation culture.
  • Networking through conferences, industry events, and business meetings.
  • Delivering presentations at middle management, general management, and corporate levels.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for clients, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class service and consultancy.
  • Organizing regional Flexkeeping events.
  • Identifying new product opportunities.

👌 Your qualifications & personality

  • Minimum 5 years of Hotel Management experience.
  • Communicative and friendly team player with great people skills and IT fluency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver determined to get things done.
  • Fluent in English and Croatian language (additional languages are a big plus).
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with meeting deadlines, goals, and objectives (KPIs).
  • Ability to manage workload effectively while travelling, including outside of standard hours.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Motivated to keep growing professionally and personally.
