We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social media and search, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
This role is based remotely within or outside the U.S. with an opportunity to work from our office in NYC.
You will report to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective paid media strategies across various digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others, to achieve client objectives for beverage alcohol brands
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization to improve ROI
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly to achieve client KPIs
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing for all paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with the client teams to ensure alignment of messaging and creative assets across all campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that campaigns remain innovative and effective
- Communicate campaign results and insights to clients on a regular basis, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and growth
- Host office hours for specialist teams to provide guidance on paid media strategy and tactics
- Engage in speaking engagements (webinars, podcasts, trade shows, etc.) and write ongoing marketing-related articles to showcase agency thought leadership
- Pitch tailored marketing services to potential clients, effectively highlighting the value and impact of our solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising for e-commerce brands, with a focus on paid media campaign management in paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
- High-level Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, forecast performance, and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns that drive business results
- Strong writing skills required. Experience in copywriting for ads, blogs, and other client-facing documents is preferred, as the Digital Paid Media Manager may be required to develop and edit ad copy, landing page copy, and other content for clients.
