- You support the build-up of supply chain, logistics and order fulfillment processes, including material flows and supplier interfaces.
- You develop warehouse concepts for the safe and efficient handling of batteries and materials.
- You research logistics and storage requirements for batteries and hazardous materials, including relevant standards and regulations.
- You improve and document processes, SOPs and internal workflows.
- You support end-to-end operations, from customer requests and S&OP planning through production to outbound logistics.
- You prepare and follow up on meetings, including the creation of presentations, reports and decision briefs.
- You support cross-functional initiatives related to operational excellence, safety and scalability.
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on production technology, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in logistics, supply chain management, operations or manufacturing through an internship or working student position.
- You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner and are able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- You are curious, hands-on and motivated to actively shape and improve processes rather than just execute tasks.
- You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
- You are available to work 15–20 hours per week for at least 12 months and are willing to work on-site at our Aachen office.
