- You operate, control and monitor the equipment in our pilot line and ensure reliable operation.
- You carry out regular equipment checks and quality inspections and identify deviations at an early stage.
- You analyse the causes of malfunctions and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- You perform necessary maintenance, cleaning and servicing tasks.
- You carefully and transparently document operating data, production volumes and malfunction reports.
- You consistently observe occupational safety, quality, environmental and operational protection requirements and contribute to a safe working environment.
- You work closely with the Maintenance and Process Development teams and actively contribute to process optimization.
- You have completed technical or skilled-trade training and ideally already have practical experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- You have a good technical understanding and can quickly familiarise yourself with new equipment, processes and tasks.
- You work reliably, carefully and independently and approach your tasks in a structured manner.
- You enjoy practical, hands-on work and taking responsibility.
- You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly with others and adapt well to changing requirements.
