As Strategy Manager, you will help cylib define strategic priorities and shape the next stages of our development as we move from pilot operations to industrial scale.
Working cross-functionally with colleagues across the organisation, you will provide clarity through sound analysis and well-founded recommendations. You will help prepare important decisions and work with the relevant teams to turn strategic topics into action.

- Strategy: You create analyses, business cases and decision papers and support our Leadership Team in driving growth and industrial scale-up.
- Markets: You analyse markets, competitors, customers and business models in the fields of battery recycling and the circular economy and translate your findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Presentations: You turn complex topics into clear and compelling presentations for senior management, investors and external partners.
- OKRs: You coordinate our company-wide OKRs, from defining objectives and tracking progress to reporting and aligning priorities across functions.
- Communication: You organise and support internal formats such as all-hands meetings, leadership offsites and Management Circle meetings.
- Investor Relations and Fundraising: You keep our investors informed through regular updates and reporting, prepare management materials and coordinate investor meetings. You coordinate analyses, investor materials, data rooms, due diligence activities and internal workstreams during fundraising processes.
- Strategic initiatives: You take ownership of topics such as market analyses, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, business development projects and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- You have 3–4 years of professional experience in management or strategy consulting, in-house consulting, corporate strategy, business development, corporate development or a comparable role.
- You hold a Master’s degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, engineering or a related field.
- You have experience in project management, can confidently prioritise multiple workstreams and deadlines, and maintain an overview even in complex projects. You enjoy working with different perspectives and functions and constructively challenge established ways of thinking.
- You quickly familiarise yourself with complex topics, structure diverse information, identify connections and develop a clear overall picture.
- You have excellent PowerPoint skills and can present content clearly and concisely to a range of stakeholders.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You enjoy taking ownership, working independently and proactively, have a strong eye for detail and bring a hands-on mentality.
