- You bring our existing equipment at the new site up to current technical standards – from initial assessment through to commissioning and stable ongoing operations.
- You independently plan and carry out electrical installation and conversion work.
- You perform fault diagnosis, resolve malfunctions, and ensure reliable maintenance during operations – finding creative solutions when standard approaches fall short.
- You coordinate external service providers and specialist contractors as needed, keeping a clear overview at all times.
- You meticulously document all work performed and maintain order in circuit diagrams and technical records.
- You support the unloading and disassembly of battery modules/packs in accordance with clear safety and work instructions.
- You actively contribute to building the site and help shape how our plant will be operated in the long term.
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, industrial electronics technician, or a comparable electrotechnical qualification.
- Ideally, some initial practical experience in an electrical environment or in the commissioning or modernisation of machinery and plants. We explicitly welcome applications from career starters.
- Willingness to learn about new systems and processes and to work your way into new topics in a structured manner.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking: when Plan A doesn’t work, you find another way.
- Independent, careful, and safety-conscious way of working.
- Reliable and ready to roll up your sleeves when it counts.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Very good German language skills. English is a plus.
- Knowledge of HV safety (HV2E/HV3E) is an advantage, or you are willing to acquire it with us.

- Depending on your qualifications and experience, your annual salary can be between €42,000 and €55,000 gross.
