Production Operator (m/f/d) - Battery Recycling

You will support our production process in the areas of logistics, battery discharge and dismantling, or mechanical processing — depending on your experience and operational needs:
- You will take on operational tasks along the material flow: from incoming goods and storage to the safe discharge and dismantling of batteries, as well as feeding materials into mechanical processing.
- You will coordinate incoming materials, carry out internal transports, and support packaging and shipment preparation.
- You will operate equipment and workstations in your area, monitor ongoing processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- You will carry out visual and incoming goods inspections, document processing steps, and ensure proper further processing of materials.
- You will assist with cleaning and basic maintenance tasks and contribute to a safe and orderly working environment.
- You will consistently comply with safety regulations, HV guidelines, and environmental protection requirements — safety is our top priority.
- You will work closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
- You have completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or skilled trades field; candidates with non-technical backgrounds but a strong technical interest are also welcome.
- Initial experience in production, manufacturing, skilled trades, or a technical environment is a plus, but not required.
- You hold a forklift license and ideally have practical driving experience.
- You work carefully and reliably and have a strong awareness of safety.
- You are willing to learn new equipment and processes — we will provide structured onboarding.
- You are willing to work shifts and perform physical work.
- Knowledge of HV safety standards (HV2E/HV3E) is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain these qualifications with us.
- You communicate confidently in German. English skills are a plus.

- Depending on your qualifications and experience, your gross annual salary can range from €32,000 to €42,000.
