- You act as a key point of coordination at our Wernberg site and support day-to-day office operations, reception, and the commercial handling of transport-related processes.
- You coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, manage transport orders, and align closely with production as well as slot and weekly planning.
- You ensure that all transports are handled in compliance with waste regulations, including cross-border shipment notifications, EFBV-related requirements, and complete documentation of material flows.
- You prepare transport and accompanying documentation, particularly in relation to notifications and waste tracking requirements.
- You serve as a contact person for customers, waste management partners, transport service providers, and public authorities.
- You prepare reports and support invoice review and approval processes in our ERP system.
- You have completed commercial training, for example in logistics, freight forwarding, industry, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of professional experience in dispatching or transport coordination, ideally within the waste management, disposal, or recycling sector.
- You have sound knowledge of waste legislation, especially in the areas of notifications and waste tracking documentation.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way and bring a strong sense of responsibility.
- You have a high level of accuracy and safety awareness, particularly in environments involving waste regulation and hazardous goods.
- You communicate clearly and professionally and feel confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are able to prioritize effectively and maintain oversight in a dynamic operational environment.

- Depending on your qualifications and experience, your annual salary can be between €45,000 and €55,000 gross.
