Building the Foundation – Thinking Strategically
- Developing the communication strategy: In alignment with your manager, you create a holistic strategy for internal audiences – including governance, formats, and employer branding.
- Shaping culture: You promote our culture and values across locations and bring them to life.
- Supporting change: You plan change and strategy communication in the context of a dynamic scale-up, with a focus on dialogue and feedback spaces – in collaboration with C-Level and leadership teams.
Implementing & Creating – The Daily Work
- Building channels: You define, develop, and manage communication channels (intranet, newsletter, monthly meetings, etc.).
- Content creation: You prepare content (text, image, video, etc.) for internal and external stakeholders – with an eye for different perspectives.
- Shaping projects: Based on needs, you take on external communication projects in PR, social media, website, and branding.
