This is what you will do
You are the interface between our fulfillment warehouses (partners) and the business and are responsible for the following:
Partner Fulfillment
- You support our partners in their daily work with byrd warehouse management, ticketing and data analysis systems
- You handle special fulfillment requests from our customers
- You plan the warehouse and fulfillment capacities together with our account management team and our partners' warehouses
- You ensure the proper integration of new customers into a partner warehouse together with the customer onboarding team
- You ensure that the partner warehouse is able to achieve byrd SLA and meet byrd fulfillment standards
- You conduct training remotely or on-site for partner warehouses when new WMS features are introduced
- You monitor and analyze byrd's fulfillment KPIs and develop appropriate actions based on the numbers together with the byrd OPS team and partner warehouses
Partner support
- You are responsible for integrating new customers into our business processes
- You ensure that quality is always high - taking into account the specifics of new product, packaging and storage requirements
- You coordinate regular and ad hoc requests for carrier pickups with partner warehouses
- You implement new features of our tool and processes directly at partner locations and take responsibility for ensuring they are fully understood and adopted
- You will support the operations team in optimizing processes in collaboration with other operations departments and the commercial team
This is what you will need to succeed
- Fluent French, English & Spanish language skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or management (e.g., supply chain management, procurement), or equivalent)
- At least 2 years experience in logistics (warehouse management, operations management etc.)
- Experience with implementing or adapting logistics/fulfillment processes at the warehouse and management level (change and project management)
- Good knowledge of general logistics processes and warehouse management
- Ability to generate, analyze and track relevant metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for detail and the ability to "multitask"- even when things get hectic
- Excellent Excel and Google suite user skills
- In-depth knowledge of a logistics/warehouse management tool or general tech-savvy skills
- Experience using a ticketing system (e.g. Freshdesk or similar)
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel
