Your Mission

Our Berlin office is moving to an exciting new location and we are now looking for a part-time Office Manager (f/m/x)! Your job is to make our office a place where people enjoy working. You will help us create a productive and welcoming environment - working closely with the HR team and management.

This is what you will do

  • Take over the management of our external service providers and partners (e.g. cleaning companies, craftsmen, janitors, etc.)
  • Order snacks and drinks and take care of ordering other office supplies help manage catering and coordinate events with investors, partners and/or customers
  • Coordinate & schedule interviews along with our Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate hardware management for new employees with our Tech Team
  • Work with our finance team on issues such as invoice management, expense reports and reimbursements, etc.
  • Coordinate and book business travel for team members (transportation and accommodation)
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of parties and events sort our incoming office mail and coordinate parcel deliveries and collections
  • Be responsible for keeping the office clean and tidy and help us keep our plants alive
  • Actively help with the organization of onboarding and offboarding of team members
