We are the leading independent e-commerce logistics platform in Europe that provides scalable fulfillment services for e-commerce businesses and fast-growing D2C brands. From warehousing, picking and packing, delivery, and returns management, we take care of the whole order fulfillment process for online shops. By using our solution, retailers get access to a broad network of warehouses across Europe, which are all interconnected via our software. This enables e-commerce retailers to manage their whole logistics with our powerful all-in-one tool, in the fastest and most efficient way possible. As a result, merchants can improve their delivery speed, reduce logistics costs and optimize product availability.

This is what you will do

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the byrd products and services to drive up-and-cross selling.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, facilitating contract changes and renewals as well as managing the accounts receivables.
  • Generate progress reports and account metrics for customers and senior leaders within the organisation.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer‘s experience and developing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

This is what you will need to succeed

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (at least C2 level or native speaker), French is a plus
  • Significant experience in a comparable position in account management or sales
  • Communication skills, persuasiveness and endurance, as well as creativity and enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • Quick perception as well as independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Structured, pragmatic and accurate way of working
  • High customer and service orientation as well as a pronounced online affinity
  • Reliability, resourcefulness and ability to work in a team
  • Self-confident appearance, high level of self-motivation and commitment
