About the Role: As an Enterprise Account Executive at autone, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts within the EMEA region. You will work closely with retail executives, demonstrating how our AI-driven solutions can transform their operations and support their expertise. Your efforts will be crucial in achieving our ambitious growth targets and establishing autone as a leader in AI-driven retail technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key enterprise accounts in the retail sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Present autone's AI-driven solutions, demonstrating their value in improving inventory management and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for both autone and our customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing mid to large accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry and inventory management challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in AI and Machine Learning applications.
