Ywork.ai is a UK-based AI company taking on one of the biggest problems in the $11 trillion global construction industry: estimation. Our platform automates quantity takeoffs, helping contractors across the US and UK save serious time and estimate more accurately. We’re founded by an IIM Ahmedabad graduate and an ex-VP of Barclays, who between them have built companies across IoT, industrial tech, and FinTech before going all-in on AI. Stipend: Rs 15,000/month

PPO: Rs 4.8–12 LPA for top performers

What You’ll Do

• Run real outbound sales for our AI product across the US and UK construction industry
• Research markets and customer profiles
• Run email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Find and qualify leads, and set up meetings with international clients
• Support demos and follow-ups, and keep the CRM updated

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year students or recent grads, BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Confident and comfortable talking to people
• Curious about sales, SaaS, or international markets
