Ywork.ai is a UK-based AI company taking on one of the biggest problems in the $11 trillion global construction industry: estimation. Our platform automates quantity takeoffs, helping contractors across the US and UK save serious time and estimate more accurately. We’re founded by an IIM Ahmedabad graduate and an ex-VP of Barclays, who between them have built companies across IoT, industrial tech, and FinTech before going all-in on AI. The team is young, Gen Z, and growing 20% month on month. As a trainee, you’ll work straight with the founders, get a real say in what you do, and own your work from day one. Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Stipend: Rs.25,000/month

Duration: 3 months

PPO: Rs 4.8–12 LPA for top performers

What You’ll Do

• Perform quantity takeoffs using our AI software
• Review real architectural and structural drawings
• Spot where the AI gets it wrong and flag inaccuracies
• Help improve the models with your feedback
• Work on live client projects, not practice files

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year students or recent grads in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Able to read construction drawings
• Basic understanding of how BOQs work
• Sharp attention to detail and clear thinking
• Genuine interest in how AI is changing construction
