What You’ll Do

• Prepare quantity take-offs for US and UK construction projects
• Review AI-generated quantities and document accuracy gaps
• Provide structured feedback to improve system performance
• Prepare BOQs and assist with tender documentation when required
• Coordinate with product and internal teams to improve workflows

Who Can Apply

• Should be ready to work from our office in Gandhinagar, Gujarat (WFO required)
• Prior experience as an Estimator for US and/or UK construction projects
• Strong understanding of international construction standards and pricing

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in construction estimation for US/UK projects
• Hands-on with tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, RIB, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar tools
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good understanding of cost build-ups and tendering processes
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail

Compensation

CTC range from ₹6 LPA - ₹22 LPA, including fixed pay + performance-based incentives
