Yolda.com is a “Freight Forwarder with AI dispatching”, that aims to eliminate unnecessary operating costs and fulfilling empty capacity with machine learning and other technologies developed in-house. Our mission is to become the leader B2B freight forwarding company in Europe through smart management of the carrier network of logistics companies and freelance truck drivers.

Yolda.com has raised after its foundation from Speedinvest, Collective Spark as leading investors and global prominent angel investors. We are looking for people who are passionate to create and change the conventional logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the management team to understand the needs and required skills for the current and future openings,
  • Completing the end-to-end cycle of the recruitment process and reporting it to the management team of Yolda,
  • Support all HR processes within area of responsibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, employer branding, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, and other processes as applicable,
  • Support the People & Culture processes of the Germany team,
  • Designing new processes in line with the developing and changing technology sector,
  • Use data to develop the People agenda. Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, and other necessary data to line management; recommend programs and/or enhancements as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant,
  • 4-6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources as an HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Labor Law),
  • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams,
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills,
  • Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment,
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities,
  • Fluency in English both writing and speaking is a must, German is a plus.
