As a Partner Success Manager at Yokoy, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our service partners and Yokoy’s scalability, and ultimately in driving customer adoption and customer satisfaction. Cultivating partnerships with existing partners and driving mutual growth opportunities is crucial for our continuous growth. Responsibilities of our Partner Success Manager are clustered around three main areas: Partner Recruiting & Onboarding (continuous enablement and certification), Partner Relations and Portfolio Management.

🧑🏽‍💻 What you’ll do:

  • You will develop and execute strategies for partner recruiting, onboarding, continuous enablement, and manage the service partner portfolio.
  • You will be leading service enablement training and coaching, ensuring partners have the necessary tools and resources.
  • You act as the main point of contact for Service Partners, advocating for their needs within Yokoy.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships in order to drive mutual success and growth.
  • You will collaborate with the Partner Manager on commercial topics and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • You monitor partner project portfolios and provide guidance for successful delivery.
  • You manage the overall Yokoy Service Partner portfolio to meet targets and customer satisfaction.
  • You analyse partner performance metrics to optimise engagement and drive growth.
  • You conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align partner initiatives with company goals.

⚒️ What you’ll need:

  • Degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, customer success management or professional services consulting, preferably in the FinTech space.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, manage senior stakeholders, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport, influence others, and collaborate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional partner experiences and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
