As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Yokoy, your primary focus revolves around engaging and attracting top-tier talent for our company. We are a product-driven company and our product is the key factor for our and our clients' success. The recruitment and onboarding of new team members across diverse departments are pivotal for our continuous growth. Finding the right people at the right time without compromising on the quality is key. Additionally, you will extend support in HR operational tasks and serve as the main point of contact for our Dutch employees located at our Amsterdam office.

🧑🏽‍💻 What you’ll do:

  • You partner with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process.
  • You manage recruitment processes in line with agreed priorities, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times.
  • You manage the interview process and ensure that decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias.
  • You establish strong relationships with hiring managers, help them create meaningful job descriptions and job postings that will attract the right skills on the market.
  • You will creatively and pro-actively source talent on LinkedIn as well as other platforms, find the talent that isn’t looking to be hired but gets excited about Yokoy and our work.
  • You advise hiring managers on the hiring process and be a thought leader on how to find the best talent on the market.
  • You build and maintain relationships with talent over time that is skilled and interested in Yokoy and wants to join us as we grow.
  • Additional to your role in Talent Acquisition, you support us in any upcoming HR operational matter in regard to our current Dutch employees and potential future employees, and act as an HR representative in the Amsterdam office.
  • You work as an integral member of our growing international People team, where we celebrate not just the goals, but also the assist.

⚒️ What you’ll need:

  • Ideally, you have a degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have full-cycle recruitment experience; including technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast growing start up environment.
  • You have experience in direct-sourcing various talent and a good understanding of the current talent market.
  • You bring experience in using sourcing tools such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Xray search, boolean search.
  • You have the demonstrated ability to utilise networking tools and resources to identity diverse talent.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, ideally Lever.
  • You bring the ability to partner with executives as your hiring managers.
  • You are an adaptable organised, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver with a can-do-attitude
  • Ideally, you have some experience in other HR areas, i.e. HR policies, contract writing and handling, maintaining HRIS data and employee records, payroll, etc.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; German and other languages would be an asset.
