As a Working Student in our diverse Product team at Yokoy, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced product team and contribute to the development of our next generation spend management products. We are a product-driven company, and a visionary best-in-class product is the key for our customer’s success. Modern product development initiatives are crucial for our continuous growth. 🧑🏽‍💻 What you’ll do:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Help maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature roadmaps, and release plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.

⚒️ What you’ll need:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
  • Previous experience in product management, software development, or related areas is a plus but not required.
  • You are fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
