Yokoy is a Swiss based industry disruptive technology company experiencing hyper growth. Every spend which needs paying by CFO’s and their teams is managed within the AI-driven suite of Yokoy apps. Card Spend, Employee Travel & Expenses and Supplier Invoices are all entered, submitted, extrapolated via AI, checked via AI, coded via AI, routed for approval via AI and posted back to the businesses’ ERP system - all with minimal user entry and all within Yokoy. As a Partner Manager you are responsible for growing and developing our value-added resale partner ecosystem in the German (and wider DACH) market. We are a product-driven company and visionary best-in-class product is the key for our customer’s success. Building out our partner ecosystem is crucial for our continuous growth in one of our key markets (Germany).
This is a remote position with options to work full time out of one of our offices in Zurich, Munich, Amsterdam or Vienna.

🧑🏽‍💻 What you’ll do:

  • Ability to secure C level buy in and mutual go to market plans You leverage your network to source, recruit and onboard new partners
  • Highly organized, results-driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You contribute to the revenue targets by delivering net new ARR via partners
  • You set up and manage Go To Market plans with our key partners
  • You enable our partners for success via sales excellence onboarding and coaching
  • You act as the partners conduit with Yokoy
  • You develop strong internal cross functional relationships
  • You support the business with good decision making and the right partner focus and investment

⚒️ What you’ll need:

  • You are an accomplished Partner Manager or Account Executive with 3+ years of quota carrying experience
  • You have 1+ years of experience in ERP SaaS solutions
  • You have strong understanding of the German market
  • You have strong interest in coaching sales people.
  • You enjoy building partner relationships and markets from scratch
  • You are a skilled collaborator and a proven cross functional player, as well as an excellent communicator
  • You are experienced working in Germany and the wider DACH market
  • You can identify what motivates and drives our prospective partners
  • You have the ability to develop and manage Go To Market plans
  • You are prepared to be scrappy and a self starter
  • You are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
