Teams at Wayflyer are truly cross-functional. Regardless of your role at Wayflyer, you'll work with a variety of different disciplines and teams from around the world on a multitude of challenging projects and game-changing products to revolutionise the eCommerce and Wholesale landscape.
What you'll do
Manage and develop a team of Account Executives to a world-class level.
Continually focus on improving our sales processes, driving efficiency and output.
Hire, train and coach your team to become experts in articulating our value proposition.
Motivate and support your team to hit and over- exceed their monthly targets.
Research, identify and understand our customer value proposition as it changes.
Continue to work with different departments develop the products we’re building.
Be a focal point internally for major strategic projects.
Knowledge, skills and experience
3-5 years experience managing outbound teams in Tech Sales in all areas of the sales cycle.
Consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor and in a management capacity.
Track record of developing and improving ramping sales reps.
Experience scaling teams, either in number, geographically or bringing new products to market.
Has worked in a fast paced / start up / scale up environment.
Excellent people skills with the ability to lead, motivate and retain staff.
Analytical mindset - a problem-solver able to use data to make autonomous decisions.
Results-focused and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude.
Experience of Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies (Desired).

You’ve probably done it at companies of different shapes, sizes and industries. Given what we do, experience in financial services, wholesale and business-to-business organisations is particularly interesting to us.
