Context
We've validated strong product-market fit in France (600+ practices, 22x YoY growth), and we're now entering the US market, starting from the East Coast out of our New York office.
Our Founding AE and our CEO are already signing the first US logos. We need a founding operator to deploy those clients, make them successful, and own everything on the account except sales. This is greenfield: no local playbook, no US ops team yet. You report directly to the CEO and work hand in hand with the Founding AE.
Your Mission
Deploy and make Vocca's first US clients successful (everything but sales: implementation, success, account management) to reach approx. 1M ARR deployed in your first year, while building the foundations of a replicable US ops function.
Expected Outcomes
At 3 months:
Deep product mastery: you configure and go live independently.
First pilot practices deployed and live in production.
A v1 practice-onboarding process documented and shared with the CEO.
At 6 months:
A growing base of US practices live, with a short and stabilized time-to-go-live.
First retention and satisfaction signals on the earliest accounts.
Ops/implementation playbook v1 in use (configs, onboarding, processes).
At 1 year:
Approx. 1M ARR deployed and in production across US accounts.
A replicable, scalable US ops function to build on.
You've become the operational owner of everything post-sale in the US.
What you'll own
Deploy and implement clients
Configure and bring signed accounts into production (setup, integration, go-live).
Own time-to-go-live and a high successful-deployment rate.
Own the post-sale (« everything but sales »)
Support, success and account management on the first US practices, so the Founding AE stays focused on hunting.
Drive retention and satisfaction on early accounts.
Build the US ops playbook
Document onboarding, configurations and processes to make the function replicable and scalable.
Be the founding operator
Ramp fast on the product, work hands-on, and operate without a ready-made playbook in an early-stage US environment.
This role is for you if
The prerequisites:
Native or fully bilingual English with a genuine US customer-facing culture (US/Canadian/UK native, or European with 4+ years in the US).
You're hands-on with product and AI: you've integrated AI into your daily work, played with Zapier/no-code, and gotten your hands into a product. Engineering background not required, but strong product affinity is.
What we'll assess:
Founder mentality: resourceful, a doer, comfortable in the mess, and you structure things as you go.
Business sense: you understand a client's business and position yourself as a partner to improve their ROI.
Smart and a fast learner, from a strong track record (great companies and/or schools).
Nice to have:
You've already worked in early-stage SaaS.
Affinity or curiosity for healthcare.
This role is NOT for you if
You need a well-defined environment and a ready-made playbook, and struggle with ambiguity.
You're looking for a pure sales role, or a purely technical/engineering role with little client contact.
You expect to manage a team from day one: this is a founding, hands-on individual-contributor role first.
What this role gives you
A founding role in Vocca's US launch, with high ownership from day one.
Direct exposure to the CEO and the Founding AE.
The chance to build the US ops function and playbook from scratch.
A fast learning curve across deployment, success and account management in a high-growth AI company.
