Context

Vocca is scaling fast in the healthtech space, helping medical professionals streamline their workflows with AI-powered solutions. To reach our goal of €10M ARR by end of 2026, we need to professionalize our go-to-market approach. Today, our marketing efforts are fragmented, limiting our ability to generate qualified pipeline, communicate our value proposition clearly, and build a recognizable brand. We're hiring our first marketing leader to structure and execute our GTM strategy from the ground up, working closely with our founders and sales team to accelerate growth.

Your Mission

Lead and own Vocca's end-to-end go-to-market strategy, driving measurable business impact through brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue enablement across the full customer lifecycle.

Expected Outcomes

  • Drive revenue growth: Define and execute GTM levers to contribute to reaching €10M ARR by end of 2026

  • Clarify positioning and messaging: Define ICP, pricing, and positioning for each market segment (radiology, dental, etc.)

  • Generate qualified pipeline: Architect, scale, and optimize a multi-channel acquisition engine (website, SEO, paid, events) that consistently delivers qualified pipeline month over month

  • Elevate brand presence: Own the website redesign, build a scalable content engine (case studies, thought leadership), and define a repeatable events strategy and calendar

  • Build the marketing function: Recruit and manage a lean marketing team (designer, content manager, event manager) based on priorities

This role is for you if

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience owning and scaling B2B marketing (GTM strategy, demand gen, and positioning) with clear revenue impact

  • You have strategic GTM vision and a GTM culture: You can design and prioritize growth levers for a B2B SaaS company and explain what has worked at high-growth companies. You follow successful B2B companies, understand what makes their GTM work, and can apply those learnings

  • You know how to turn this strategic vision into actionable marketing deliverables: You know how to define ICP, craft positioning, and structure messaging for different segments

  • You understand demand generation and can lead it: You understand the main acquisition levers (SEO, paid, content, events), can set strategy and targets, and can effectively manage someone who runs day-to-day execution and proves ROI

  • You understand brand and content and can lead it: You can create compelling brand narratives, know what good B2B content looks like, and spark the kind of magic that makes a brand contagious

  • Hands-on builder: You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and starting in the field before building and hiring your team

  • You stay close to customers: You regularly talk to customers, understand their pain points, and use insights to nourish your strategy

Role evolution

This role is designed to evolve quickly. Starting in 2026, you will hire and manage a marketing team (for example design, content, and events) based on priorities. In the medium term, the role can evolve into a Head of Marketing position and then expand into broader responsibilities (international organization, budget, and strategy) in line with the company’s growth.

  • Initial screening (30 min): Talent Acquisition Lead

  • Hiring Manager interview (45 min): Eliott (Founder) - deep dive on GTM vision, customer proximity, and cultural alignment

  • Business case presentation (90 min): Eliott and Alex - strategic GTM exercise covering positioning, demand generation, and market understanding

  • Advisor interview (45 min): Despina (GTM Advisor) - validation of strategic vision and GTM expertise

  • Reference checks: Final validation with previous managers and colleagues

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.
