As we continue to expand internationally, we are strengthening our commercial team with a Sales Development Representative who will play a critical role in building our pipeline and driving growth.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers within our target markets. This is a junior but commercially critical role focused on outbound prospecting and early-stage opportunity development.
You will work in a highly international and diverse environment. Working in a small team with seasoned professionals, you will develop quickly and learn a lot about the fintech industry and high-value corporate sales. Both our Account Executives and our Marketing team will look for your feedback; you will be our eyes and ears in the market.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of professional experience who is curious to learn new things, motivated by targets, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and is eager to build a career in B2B enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research target banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across defined markets
- Execute structured outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with senior decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Transformation, Digital Banking)
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., ICP alignment, transformation intent, budget/timeline signals)
- Book and conduct high-quality discovery meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up and event outreach
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and positioning
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, or a similar commercially driven role
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, enterprise software, or financial services is a strong advantage
- Strong social and communication skills — comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
- Persuasive and confident in influencing others
- Structured and disciplined in outreach and follow-up
- Resilient and target-driven
- Analytical mindset — able to identify relevant signals in complex organizations
- Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and the banking industry
- Eager to learn and grow within enterprise sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
