Client Solutions Engineer

Toqio (toq.io) enables any business, not just banks, to create game changing, data driven, finance propositions that can be rapidly deployed to their customers where and when they need it.

We are currently looking for a Client Solutions Engineer to join our Delivery Team with 2-5 years experience.

As Client Solutions Engineer you will:

• Understand how the application works, both at code and user level
• Deep knowledge about architecture at all levels of the platform to support the delivery engineers where is needed
• Prioritise and escalate Issues as necessary
• Assess and detect errors in code
• Be able to adjust/fix the code/DB if needed
• Support architecture conversations with customers
• Help the delivery engineers prioritising and escalating issues as necessary
• Jointly with Delivery Engineers to coordinate all the technical efforts and gather all the information requested by Back-End (BE) and Front-End (FE) teams (error origin)
• Analyse complex errors and seek solutions
• Help the delivery engineers to get full independence from technical teams about onboarding activities or associated with
• Help Product / Technology teams with delivery team translating clients requirements to technical understanding

Experience required:

• Between 2-5 years experience as an IT Functional Engineer or similar position.
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with other teams.
• Good documentation and communication skills in English.
• Problem solving skills
• A technical, logical thought process
• Work ethic and adaptability skills
• An ability to prioritise and delegate
• A keen eye for detail
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines

Must have skills:

Nice to have:

• Experience in team-lead or project management.
• Experience leading and supporting successful projects.
• Jira Service Management

• Knowledge of at least one of this IDES:

• Salary proposal for Client Solutions Engineer: 35.000€ to 45.000€ gross annual base salary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
