We are currently looking for an BPM Developer to help us ensure the success of the deployments in our product providing end-to-end workflow advice to each stakeholder involved.

As a BPM Developer you will:

Model and implement business processes and cases for custom application modules.

Develop high-quality deliverables and provide consultative guidance if required.

Work closely with Product owners, Developers and QA Engineers to generate releases with value to the organisation.

Maintain applications throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.

Some of the skills we required:

• At least 2+ years of experience in automation of processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing business process management systems with Flowable through all stages of the cycle including modelling, development,testing and deployment
• Knowledge of BPMN, DMN and CMMN Standard.
• Use of build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Ability to debug issues in a complex application.
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring boot 2.6.X or above.
• Strong knowledge and API understanding
• Full English proficiency (Spanish appreciated)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
• Excellent team working skills, ability to manage your own workload with a thorough attention to detail
• Have an interest in the payments, financial services, technology or FX industry
• Strategic vision
• You are results oriented and a problem solver

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, PaaS, B2B, Payments, KYC/KYB, Lending, Fintech, Banking, etcetera
• Hands-on experience implementing business process management systems with any known vendor like(Camunda, IBM BPM, Activity, Bizagi, Oracle BPM, Appian) through all stages of the cycle including modelling, development,testing and deployment
• Familiarity with the creation of custom components for Flowable design and work
• Experience with other BPM Products(Camunda, Activity)
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture
• Understanding of Event Oriented Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of agile ways of working.
• Working experience with Postgresql or other relational databases.
• Familiar with no-code tools
