Toqio (toq.io) enables any business, not just banks, to create game changing, data driven, embedded finance solutions that can be rapidly deployed to customers where and when they need it.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us ensure the success of the product deployment.

As a product manager you will:

• Work with the product and technical team members focused on:

-Gaining insights into the market, business trends, competitor analysis

-Interacting with stakeholders inside and outside the company to establish product requirements

-Working with executive team members to gain approval for pursuing product proposals

• Cooperate across teams to complete all tasks successfully and correctly within each of these work streams
• Help set priorities for product managers to follow so the team of product owners have their work defined for the near term
• Be a thought leader, communicator, and collaborator for our product roadmap and align internal stakeholders on project status, and issues to accounting operations, executive management, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Approve recommendations based on insights your team have gathered from customer interviews and partner discussions
• Supervise several key initiatives that bring transformational and impactful change to Toqio's platform, culture, and processes
• Be a champion in one or more areas that are either functional or industry focused
• Represent Toqio at fintech events, being able to communicate with industry professionals on Toqio's strategy and value proposition
• Build a forward thinking culture which keeps your team and the company ahead of the curve on the future of the sector where Toqio is operating and aiming to be a market leader

Experience Required:

• You are a leader with at least 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in SAAS
• B2B marketplace experience in any area but Fintech
• Strong knowledge and API understanding
• Full English proficiency (Spanish appreciated)
• Analytical and commercially sharp
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence colleagues in small, cross-functional scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
• Excellent team working skills, ability to manage your own workload with a thorough attention to detail
• Have an interest in the payments, financial services, technology or FX industry and understand the financial technologies involved in Fintech
• Strategic vision
• You are results oriented and a problem solver
