Job Descrtiption

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Representative, poised to redefine the sales landscape within the DACH market. This pivotal role not only demands the finesse of nurturing promising leads into lasting partnerships but also the strategic acumen to collaborate seamlessly with senior sales mentors and innovate alongside our visionary founders, all while sculpting the cornerstone of Timberhubs' sales triumphs.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new opportunities through lead qualification, first customer calls and customer visits within the DACH market.
  • Research, understand your customer’s needs, offer solutions, and anticipate objections in order to contribute significantly to Timberhubs sales volume.
  • Travel along with Senior Sales team members to customers whenever needed.
  • Creating and updating customer information in our CRM and contributing to other sales-enabling processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful service delivery.
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales Lead of the region and the founders.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (field sales / acquisition / support roles).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perseverance and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Track record of exceeding targets in any field and / or entrepreneurial background
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Valid driver licence
  • Studies or experience in the timber industry is a plus.
