THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• Recruit, train & manage a ground team of Operation and Maintenance employees;
• Manage the scooter fleet by ensuring that all scooters are operational and that key performance indicators are met;
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair service to ensure that the scooters are operational and/or have them repaired in a timely manner;
• Manage and coordinate the necessary field interventions to recover scooters, ensure maintenance, reload and repair scooters both with our internal staff and external Operation Partners;
• Manage the stock of scooters and spare parts necessary for their proper operation;
• Ensure the operation of the teams in the warehouse and ensure the maintenance of the premises and the storage of scooters;
• Enable accurate cost tracking and local vendor / Ops Manager management (if applicable);
• Implement Operations and Maintenance performance improvement initiatives;
• Ensure that new product features and all processes related to operations are followed by your team and compliant with applicable TIER processes, standards and legislations (e.g HR, Legal, Safety).

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in general operations, logistics, or similar;
• Ability to give directions and supervise operations partners, rangers and mechanics;
• Interest in the mobility sector and good technical understanding;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience in working with data and making data-driven decisions;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in a startup or other fast-changing environment.
