ABOUT THE TEAM

The Member Accession Marketing team at Tide includes a Product team specialising in building and optimising Tide’s member onboarding journeys, as well as owning additional products.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Tide is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager in our Member Accession Marketing area to own the marketing strategy for a number of products and propositions purpose-built for the new-to-market SME segment and to support the wider member onboarding strategy.

The key KPIs for this role are revenue and adoption of MAM owned products and services, which you’ll unlock through:

  • Owning the overall Product Marketing strategy, with particular emphasis on customer validation, product messaging and positioning, CRM/customer lifecycle management, channel strategy and content
  • Collaborating with Product to build the right features for members, and translating these into member facing propositions that you take to market
  • Co-ordinating GTM for features and launches making sure everything is on track and teams are enabled
  • Developing value propositions and positioning informed by user research, market insights, Tide’s data and your product understanding, and embedding this through product and marketing channels
  • Leading commercial discussions, including business casing and supporting financial forecasting
  • Applying data and research to every decision you make, and ensuring this discipline is followed by all stakeholders at every point

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing
  • You have built value propositions and positioning for Saas products, including for specific target segments
  • Experience with the SME segment is essential; experience with the new-to-market SME segment specifically would be a plus
  • FinTech experience is helpful but not essential
  • You are comfortable leading commercial discussions
  • You’re well versed in product analytics, you can use data to drive decisions and you have a data-driven approach to understanding the competitor landscape, trends, product growth opportunities and tracking marketing KPIs/metrics
  • You have driven adoption and scaled a complex product in a fast growing company before, with an appreciation for the nuances of acquisition, activation and retention
  • You have an understanding of CRM and a foundational understanding of Performance Marketing and Sales Enablement, so that you can constructively collaborate with these channels and drive improvements
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
  • You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instruction, and who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution
