About the team

The Member Success team is a front-line sales team, who aim to promote Tide’s products and services to our existing customer base of 575k members within the UK. Our team has grown from 5 team members - 3 years ago to now a 50 person team - and still growing!

About the role

As the Member Success Manager you’ll be responsible for;

  • Overseeing and driving the sales of our products, specifically, launching our new Plus Plan Subscription team.
  • Developing Sales Agents: You will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing sales agents within your team, helping them achieve their sales targets and career goals. (Explain how your leadership will contribute to the team's success and individual growth.)
  • Playing a key role in recruiting a new team with projections to hire initially 10 sales agents and growing this with the success of the team.
  • Enhancing your leadership skills, as you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your sales team to excel.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: You'll have the opportunity to contribute to and execute sales strategies, working closely with the Sales Strategy team to optimise our sales processes and drive revenue growth. (Discuss the impact of effective strategy implementation on the organisation's success.)

What we are looking for

Tide is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in developing a strong and highly motivated sales team who can bring sales and customer experience as one.

  • A proven track record of at least 3 years in a Sales Management role.
  • Experience managing a predominantly phone based sales team into the UK market (or similar).
  • Experience in sales coach management.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and being able to look at data and the wider picture it presents.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments
