As a Salesforce Admin you’ll be

Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
Work closely with users to resolve user support tickets.
Work on automations (Flow), to help improve business processes
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organisation
Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed


What makes you a great fit:

Be a clear oral and written communicator, able to explain technical issues in non-technical language
Able to prioritise workload and balance BAU tasks with longer term project work
A good problem solver, able to think creatively about ways to tackle user/business requirements
Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
Salesforce certified administrator ADM 201
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Experience of improving UX, e.g. through improving page layouts and use of dynamic forms
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Enthusiasm for Salesforce, and demonstrable commitment to learning about new Salesforce functions, features and releases.
Knowledge of/Experience of working with third party integrations
Knowledge of/Experience of using the AppExchange
