Launched in 2017, Tide is now the leading business financial platform in the UK with 575,000 SME members (10% market share) and more than 250,000 SMEs in India. Headquartered in London, Tide has over 1,800 Tideans across the UK, Bulgaria, India, Serbia, Romania, Ukraine and Germany.

Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.

About the team

Reporting into the Lead Operations Manager within Member Engagement Marketing you will form part of an Operations team responsible for the smooth operation of a wide range of global products including Rewards, Subscriptions and Billing, as well as our CRM Marketing function.

Rewards – the global product at the centre of this role – is an in-app experience to encourage customer loyalty and engagement utilising cashback offers, discounts and benefits. The team is focused on the commonality with offers across all markets with a focus on retention, spend and engagement.

About the role

As the Product Operations Manager for Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and scalable release, running and monitoring of our most innovative app-based Rewards experiences across all markets. You will be responsible for optimising processes, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing and Member Support to drive efficiency and successful outcomes for Tide and its Members.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with Product, Engineering and Member Support to lead the operational readiness of new products and features
  • Owning operational performance as data advocate for the domain: creating, monitoring and analysing dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborating with global marketing teams to gather and distil offer requirements for product development
  • Striving for operational excellence and the continuous improvement of processes and tools
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address concerns and solicit feedback for the Rewards domain across Tide
  • Applying Member First principles to troubleshoot mobile and web applications from the user perspective – you’ll feed the ‘Voice of the Member’ into Product

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You’ve worked in product, consulting, engineering or start-ups and have 2+ years’ experience in the technology industry
  • You’re logical, and see data as a crucial part of decision making, but know when to stop analysing and start acting
  • You’re proficient in project management with the ability to effectively plan, organise and execute on cross-functional workstreams
  • You enjoy working with data and have experience with business analytics tools such as Excel, Looker (or Tableau/Power BI) and SQL
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • You thrive as a generalist and can wear many different hats concurrently
  • You relish working in a rapidly changing environment and enjoy working in a complex, technical industry

What you’ll get in return:

  • 25 days paid annual leave
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
  • Family-Friendly Leave (according to statutory)
  • Personal L&D budget in the amount of 500 EUR per year
  • Mental wellbeing platform Plum
