Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology, data science, and legal teams to develop roadmaps and comprehensive project plans.

Data Management: Manage extensive datasets and generate insightful reports to support decision-making and enhance business understanding.

Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and product flows, ensuring efficient and effective member engagement.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data handling, reporting processes, and overall operational efficiencies.

Ownership: Take full responsibility for the operations of the rewards program, from platform enhancements to offer tracking and comprehensive reporting.Visualization and Reporting: Maintain and innovate dashboards that display detailed performance metrics and data visualizations to monitor marketing effectiveness.

Who will be a Great Fit:

Industry Experience: You have a solid background in FinTech, B2B SaaS, B2C, or similar technology-driven sectors Minium 6 Years.

Financial Expertise: You are skilled in transaction reconciliation with a keen eye for accuracy in financial records.

Cashback Program Mastery: You possess deep knowledge of cashback programs, understanding their intricacies from calculation to management.

Technical Proficiency: You are experienced in building and maintaining dashboards, proficient in SQL, and capable of handling complex datasets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your experience includes working effectively with cross-departmental teams in a software environment, contributing to cohesive project execution.

Adaptability and Learning: You are a quick learner, flexible in managing multiple projects, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Analytical Skills: You are highly analytical, focused on KPIs and conversion metrics, with a robust ability to derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.

Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets are crucial for data manipulation and analysis in this role.

Problem Solving: You demonstrate clear and logical thinking, essential for addressing complex challenges and enhancing marketing effectiveness.
