About the role:

As a lead analyst you will be working as a part of the Member Support Analytics team in the Member support area . As a role responsibility, you will be working alongside product and operations stakeholders supporting on Insights, product discovery, planning, forecasting and reporting. A key objective for this role would be to ensure better planning of the customer support teams, improving efficiency metrics and contributing to strategic projects for continuous automation and AI initiatives. You will analyse transactions or member behaviour, gather evidence, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to discover areas for action through product or operational initiative. Role will be of an IC which will report to operations lead and will be part of the internal analytics community of practice.

As a Lead analyst you’ll be:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop statistical models and algorithms to measure efficiency of existing processes and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models for effective resource planning aimed to reduce cost to serve and improve member experience
  • Demonstrate initiative by proactively designing a business case and dedicating long-term effort towards its execution.
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into member activities and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Design and develop KPIs, KRIs, and metrics for Member Support and linked processes.
  • Monitor and analyse data from multiple sources to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Analytical support for all new developments and projects carried out within the team.
  • Ensure Effective prioritisation of projects to deliver maximum impact

What we are looking for:

  • You are having 5+ years of experience as a Data analyst ideally in a fintech industry.
  • You have worked extensively in supporting analytics for the operations team. Experience with automation/AI based projects preferred
  • You have proficiency in using data analysis tools like SQL/ Python and data visualisation tools like tableau,looker etc.
  • You are a great storyteller, who can effectively communicate the insights and influence stakeholders to take action
  • You are adept at building forecasting models and have participated actively in planning activities along with business teams
  • You can support the business teams in building data driven business cases for new strategic projects
  • You have experience working with and understanding Data Science models
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and concise specifications.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
  • You are always on the lookout for recurring issues and help create new workflows to solve them
