About the team
The Member Support Content Team is responsible for providing members with all forms of content that will not only enrich their experience with our products and services but also help them save time and money as they run their businesses.
We work with all Tide teams and support all initiatives across the organisation since everything we build at Tide is for our members and content is key to how we engage with our members.
About the role
As Content Manager you will:
- Take accountability for the delivery and execution of meaningful member-facing content, based on their needs and concerns, that promotes member self-service and improves the members’ understanding of Tide and its features .
- Create educational content (always-on and ‘just-in-time’) to support Tide and its members to reduce fraud and financial crime
- Act as a point of contact between operational, marketing and PR teams. Coordinate activity and foster collaboration with teams outside of direct control, both in customer-facing teams and supporting functions.
- Build and execute a long term content creation, review and improvement strategy that ensure we not only deal with existing member challenges but also preempt future needs and
What we are looking for
Tide is seeking a creative Content Manager, Member Education who will lead the creation, development and refinement of our Blogs, FAQs and educational content (written, audio, video, infographics etc.). You will already know how to create compelling content that makes a positive and demonstrable impact, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proven project management and relationship-building ability. You will thrive on autonomy, be passionate about understanding our members and the challenges they face, and create educational content that addresses these issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native or near-native mastery of German (both spoken and written)
- At least 4 years experience in a content or marketing role, preferably being responsible for creating your own content and copy
- Experience working in companies delivering value to SMEs
- Experience working in Fintech
- Ability to understand new products and market specifics
- You love working with data and are keen to translate customer feedback into actions for our teams to take up. Furthermore, you’ll be able to translate the feedback into content that will improve our member support experience
- A passion for working with data, translating customer feedback into content that will improve our member support experience
- Self-driven and creatively minded, with a knack for producing engaging digital content
- Experience using CRM tools like Iterable, Twilio, and Kustomer
