What we’re looking for:
As a KYC Team Leader you will manage the company’s Know Your Customer(KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)operations.
As a KYC Team leader you’ll be
- Leading the daily workflow assignment, ensuring all tasks are distributed correctly and completed on time.
• Leading and coordinating the CDD and EDD reviews of low, medium and high risk members.
• Suggesting and executing procedural improvements.
• Acting as an escalation point for your teammates.
• Liaising with other departments and support functions across the company as necessary.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

- You've 2+ years KYC experience
• You've excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English

• You are able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
• You are able to adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
