What we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who is brilliant at engaging with customers to join our Collections team. There are many challenges for small business owners and our members need support when things might not be going to plan. You will receive training which will equip you with the skills that you need to offer the right solutions to our members. Dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.
The conversations that you have will be varied as you will be speaking to members at various stages in the collections process. By understanding the needs of the members you will endeavour to help them find a long-term solution.
As a Collections Specialist you’ll be:
- Providing essential support to our members
- Managing arrears in line with the Collections Policies
- Developing successful repayment plans with our members
- Updating corresponding logs and reports, be diligent and document actions and decisions
What makes you a great fit:
- You find it easy to empathise with people
- You have previous retail or other customer related experience
- You have the ability to manage your time well
- You have strong negotiation and reasoning skills
- You are a free thinker, who has a strong desire to succeed
