Compensation Range:
£45,000 - £50,000 base salary
£30,000 - £33,000 commission (total OTE up to £84,000)
Equity and package dependent on experience

🚀 Who We're Looking For

The Stotles sales team includes seasoned and up-and-coming sales professionals who are all aligned on one mission: to redefine the public sector sales space.
We’re results-oriented SaaS sales professionals with a strong hunter mentality and a desire to win.
The AE’s on our team share a few common traits: they are self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about evangelising Stotles in the UK market. They are also the epitome of our core values - Build Trust. Drive Impact. Be Ambitious.
THE SKILL SET:
2 years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment, experience in a start-up or selling to the public sector is a plus.
Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships
Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the mid-market segment
Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers
Adept at identifying and utilising internal resources (Sales Development, Growth, etc.) to build Stotles brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals
Collaborative mentality by prioritising ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’
Superb listening skills; understanding and handling objections, turning sceptics into customers
High level of empathy
Experience hunting in greenfield environments and going up against competition
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals w/ a strong W2 track record
Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling on-site presentations and product demonstrations to C-Level executives

🛠️ What You’ll Do

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
Work through Stotles Sales Academy, where you will learn the Stotles story and understand what makes our “Stotlers” unique
Complete the 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly
Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Stotles team, and delve into your territory
Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
Meet key partners in Growth, Customer Success, Product and Leadership - they will be key relationships for you throughout your deal cycle
Become demo certified
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
Be a product expert and feel comfortable demoing and closing your first deal
Hit the phones confidently with prospects from self-sourced and SDR generated efforts
Execute detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers
Consistently achieve your activity goals
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
Consistently meet or exceed your quota, completing your probation period
Continue growing with consistent training and development while ensuring you are up-to-date on modern sales best practices, new releases and more
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
Be considered a top-performing AE on the team by consistently exceeding your goals
Set an example for new AEs, and assist in training, onboarding and motivating new Stotlers

At each stage of the interview process, we'll ensure you have time to ask questions and get to know more about the role and our team. We aim to follow a three-stage process, but this can change form time to time. We'll keep you updated if that happens.
Stage 1 - Intro call: Approx. 30-minute. A chance to get to know each other, and chat through your experiences, motivations, and goals. Successful candidates will be asked to complete a short exercise, which you will present at stage 2.
Stage 2 - Communication & Skills Assessment: In-person/video call. Approx. 30 minutes on skills based question, 45-minute assessment. After this, 15-minutes of general conversation/Q&A about Stotles and getting to know the rest of the team.
Stage 3 - Meet the team: In-person. Approx. 30-45 minutes. A chance to get to know the team, make sure we're the right fit for you (and vice versa) and ask any outstanding questions about life at Stotles.
From here we will make a final decision. We aim to offer successful candidates a role within 3 days subject to reference checks.
