We’re hiring an AI Growth Marketer to help us win where organic visibility is heading: not just Google, but LLMs and every AI tool our buyers use to explore, compare, and decide. Forget traffic for traffic’s sake. We’re here to drive visibility and pipeline with content that earns attention, whether someone’s searching, prompting, browsing, or learning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build our future visibility strategy Own SEO + AI discoverability. Be the brain behind how we show up in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and whatever’s next.
• Create value that AI can’t compress Design calculators, tools, and downloads that deserve a visit. Stuff so good, it can’t be summarized by AI overviews
• Scale smart with AI + automation From n8n to MCPs - build and connect agents to ideate, create, visualize, and automate content workflows.
• Own the technical SEO foundation Drive site speed, structure, schema and internal linking. Work with the team to make the site crawlable, fast and AI-friendly.
• Turn ideas into impact together Collaborate with your marketing peers, sales, and CS to turn strong SEO ideas into campaigns, posts, sales assets, and enablement content. You spark it, others run with it.

Your Profile:

• Proven track record in SEO and content: you’ve ranked, converted, and helped drive real business
• A Vibe Marketing mindset: creatively scrappy, progress over perfection, building workflows that kill busywork
• Comfortable navigating a modern marketing tech stack: from SEO tools to automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier, Hubspot CRM, and AI - whatever gets the job done faster and better.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus

The minimum salary is EUR 42,000 gross per year on a Full Time basis. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
