As a Jr. CSM at Storyclash you will:
- Be the central point of contact for our existing customers. You proactively maintain and improve relationships with our diverse customer base by having a deep understanding of their issues, needs, and desires and ensure that they will stay engaged long-term.
- Be an expert on our product. You provide smooth customer onboardings and know how to consult our customers on the optimal use of our software, thus leading them to success
- Identify and seize upselling opportunities at an early stage, making a significant contribution to our sales growth through the development of your customers
- Be an important communication interface. As the voice of the customer, you provide valuable strategic input for our product roadmap and stay in close contact with internal departments.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with:
- Strong people skills, communication talent, and a solution-oriented mindset. understanding of their issues, needs, and desires, and ensure that they will stay engaged long-term.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer success (ideally in a B2B SaaS company).
- A passion for social media, digital trends and influencer marketing.
- Marketing or digital business training is valued for this position
- Fluency in German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage.

The minimum base salary is EUR 34,000 gross per year, the package will also include commissions. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
