Customer Support Specialist (Part-time) - German Speaking (all genders)

As a CSS at Storyclash you will:

  • Utilize analytical skills to dissect and comprehend complex technical topics, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Take care of the communication with clients and prospects via Intercom.Takes care of technical issues addressed by clients via Email.
  • Ensure Customer Imports are performed in the system.Drives the resolution of technical issues reported by our clients.
  • Provide assistance with product and service issues identified by the clients.
  • Escalation of technical issues to the responsible stakeholders.
  • Ensure the proper setup of new customer accounts in CMS once a contract is signed.
  • Share customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve our service offering.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the product and actively work to fill any knowledge gaps as necessary.
  • Support the creation of content pushed in Intercom for special events (holidays, webinars, etc.)
  • Ensure the information from Hubspot & Intercom of existing clients is accurate and up to date.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding processes with bi-weekly webinars to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of the product. Educate clients on key features, functionalities, and best practices, ensuring they can utilize the product optimally.
  • Ensure clarity on product usage by creating accessible resources and documentation. Collaborate with the team to enhance user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to empower customers with comprehensive product understanding.

        The minimum salary is EUR 33,600 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
