We are looking to expand our People team and are hiring a full- or part-time Talent Acquisition Intern/Working Student for 5+ months in Vienna.
About the Position
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for Speedinvest. You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also support the optimization of our talent acquisition processes, maintain data accuracy in our recruitment system, and conduct market research to keep us ahead of industry trends.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the drive to get things done are essential to thrive in this role.
Your Responsibilities
  • Be part of the recruitment process from job ad publication to offer acceptance
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to identify and attract top talent
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to schedule interviews efficiently
  • Build and maintain talent pools to fill current and future roles and drive improvements in time to hire
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through proactive and clear communication
  • Conduct employment reference and background checks
  • Support with drafting employment contracts and other agreements
  • Support the entire employee life cycle
  • Consult employees on any kind of people-related questions
Your Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology, with some work experience in recruiting, preferably in an international fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using Personio (or other ATS) and active sourcing techniques is a plus
  • Strong interest in recruiting and HR, with a good understanding of talent pools, sourcing channels, hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A proactive, result-oriented, hands-on mindset and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments effectively
  • An intrinsically motivated team player willing to roll up their sleeves and proactively support with additional People-related responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks – and have fun while doing it!
  • Fluent in both German and English

According to Austrian law we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum annual gross salary for this role, on a full-time basis is EUR 28,000.00. The salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence overpayment is possible.
