Go-to-Market Associate (Enterprise AI)
Software Engineering, Data Science · Full-time
Munich, Germany · London, UK
SpAItial is pioneering Physically-grounded World Models, a new AI paradigm designed to generate and reason about the appearance and physics of real and imagined environments. We are moving beyond 2D pixels to build models that natively understand the geometry of our world, redefining how industries from robotics and AR/VR to gaming and cinema create and interact with 3D environments.
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Go-to-Market Associate to help bring SpAItial's world models to market. You'll work directly with our founders to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with prospective customers and partners, and help turn early interest into commercial traction.
As one of our first commercial hires, you'll play a hands-on role in building our sales pipeline, engaging enterprise customers and shaping how we bring our technology to market. This is an opportunity to take significant ownership, work with cutting-edge AI technology and help establish the foundations of a scalable commercial organisation.
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with intellectual curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get things done. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning complex technical concepts and engaging with stakeholders ranging from developers to senior executives.
Responsibilities
Business development. Identify, research and engage prospective enterprise customers and strategic partners across industries that could benefit from SpAItial's technology.
Pipeline generation. Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies, generate qualified opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Customer engagement. Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations and commercial discussions, helping communicate the capabilities and value of our technology.
Sales execution. Manage prospect follow-ups, coordinate next steps and actively progress opportunities through the sales pipeline, working closely with the founders.
Commercial pilots. Help scope and coordinate customer pilots and proof-of-concept engagements, collaborating with internal technical teams to convert promising opportunities into commercial relationships.
Market development. Research emerging markets, customer segments and applications for spatial AI, helping identify where our technology can deliver the greatest commercial value.
GTM infrastructure. Build and maintain CRM processes, pipeline reporting, sales materials and other tools that support effective commercial execution.
Customer insights. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback, working with the product and research teams to inform commercial priorities and product development.
Key Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships or a related commercial role, preferably within technology.
Demonstrated ability to identify commercial opportunities, engage prospective customers and progress business relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to understanding markets, customers and commercial opportunities.
High level of initiative, ownership and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with the intellectual curiosity to understand complex technical products and communicate their value.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing technology startup.
Exposure to enterprise AI, developer tools, APIs, cloud infrastructure or other technically complex B2B products.
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, commercial pilots or strategic partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation tools and modern outbound prospecting techniques.
A technical, quantitative or engineering background, or experience working closely with technical teams
At SpAItial, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure all candidates are treated fairly throughout the recruitment process.
